The Name and People You Can Trust

For liability insurance for cargo and logistics, it is very crucial to hire the services of people you trust…not just the name. This is always true in my experience with shipping, both domestic and international. Many insurances have well-advertised name, and all they serve is just that, a well-known brand or name. But from experience, I was not satisfied with the service their people gave. My organization supports an orphanage in Sudan and every three months, we regularly ship to this orphanage whatever clothes, toys and packed foods we could collect from donors. Last year, somebody donated two computer sets along with a second-hand welding set that another sponsor donated. But the liability insurance we signed up for did not cover all the damages when the package did not get delivered in the orphanage. It was one hard lesson for us. The next cargo insurance we registered in did not give as good a service either. So for the third try, we signed up with Global Solutions Insurance Services and this time, we are convinced that their people really care about our quarterly freights to Sudan. So, for international cargo liability insurance, they are just name and the ONLY people we trust.
