Totally Crafty! Posted at 8/11/2011 06:52:00 PM 0 comments (+) My MIL is a very crafty person. She's a not a seamstress but she can sew really well. She also knows how to knit, paint, bake and just recently, she learned how to make beaded jewelries. She actually took formal lessons to know the craft better and to learn the different techniques and styles, as well as get an idea where to buy affordable beading supplies. She finished her lessons right before coming here in the US and now she's starting to make her own beaded jewelry collection. As a matter of fact, she made me a set (earrings, necklace and bracelet) yesterday and I was totally impressed! Not only she's fast but her designs are uniquely hers. I will show it to you as soon as I get MIL's permission. I don't want to violate any intellectual property rights here you know. LOL!
