Another one of my stress relievers is traveling. It helps in untangling the knots in my body. I've done a lot of traveling before in one of my previous jobs but there are still a lot of places I'd like to see and visit. Of all the continents in the world, it's Europe that I like to visit the most. There's something about its Old World appeal that draws me there. Three of the countries that I'd like to see next are Austria, Switzerland and Holland. Why Austria? The Sound of Music, that's why. Plus, its capital Vienna is a country rich in arts and culture. With regards to classical music, Vienna is perhaps unequaled as it is for Vienna Art. Both Beethoven and Mozart are associated with the city, with the graves becoming somewhat of tourist attractions. Speaking of attractions, visitors should grab the opportunity of seeing the Lipizzan horses in the Spanish Riding School. Those stallions performance is an art form in itself. For delicacies, if one is in Vienna, one should try the Wiener Schnitzel which is served in most vienna restaurants.
The next city on my list would be Zurich, Switzerland. If I would be going there this year, I'll make sure I'd be there in October. Just in time for the 13th Art International Zurich. It showcases contemporary art and creates an interactive meeting place for artists, gallerists, collectors and an art interested public. This Zurich Art show has spaces for different art forms like paintings, sculptures, photography, works on paper, digital arts, and more. The museum zurich shows the works of artists from all over the world. While you're there, don't pass up the opportunity to go to downtown Zurich. It's a city by the water with a marvelous sight of the snow-capped Alps on the horizon. These are but only a few of the reasons why Zurich is increasingly becoming one of the top places for the global tourist to visit.
And finally, I would also like to visit Amsterdam in Holland. I love tulips and anyone you ask will tell you that Amsterdam is the best place to go if you want to see the most beautiful tulip garden in the world which is the Keukenhof Gardens. The Amsterdam design and architecture is something to look forward too. Even their local cuisine is worth checking out as well.
