Electronic Waste Recycling Posted at 11/13/2010 03:55:00 PM 0 comments (+)
Ever heard of the electronic waste recycling act? It was passed into law to reduce the use of certain hazardous substances in certain electronic products. Its main goal is to establish a new program for consumers to return, recycle, and ensure the safe and environmentally sound disposal of video display devices, such as televisions and computer monitors, that are hazardous wastes when discarded. It was first signed into law in California and some other states followed suit.

Now, not only individual consumers are doing their part to help save mother earth. Even companies, big and small, are also participating in electronic waste recycling. And to answer this need, a company such as Round2 was created to help businesses recycle and remarket their excess, obsolete, and B-Channel technology equipment. This way electronic waste is lessened if not eliminated.
