I’m tired of trying hard to cut off rice or any carbo in my diet. It has been my mission for the past 6 months to be able to wear my uniform skirts and zipping it close to the end. Yes, embarrassing as it may sound, I have not been able to close my skirts for long, it has been the zipper that holds it in place. I have recently bought a cream that says will reduce my waistline, but I haven’t seen any progress still. I am not that big but definitely I am not slimmer than what I used to be. I have attended gym classes before but now that work schedule is taking most of my time and energy, I have to rely to other means to get the figure that I want. I am desperate for some tips and I think it's high time I start reading this weight loss for idiots program I found on the web.

Each of us has this need to look good with the clothes we wear. This helps in boosting up our level of confidence. We cannot deny that fact, no matter how silent we can be about it. It’s usually women who undergo this stress, but there are also men who suffer this emotional turmoil. Bulging bellies resulting to slow movement is one thing that’s hard to get rid of. We want to look good. That's it. Period. Oh pardon me for being so melodramatic on this one. I just happen to see a mom on TV still having her slim body. I couldn’t help but envy her and feel upset why my tremendous dieting efforts just don't work. But I guess every one goes through this once in a while… maybe it’s the hormones that makes me think like this (lol!). But seriously, an effective weight loss plan without too much sacrifice on our part would really really be helpful. Any suggestions?
