I love looking at old houses like the one on the picture. It is rich in history and exudes a character that was shaped by the people who lived in it all through the years. And on this particular house, my favorite is the balcony on the second floor. I bet it was also a favorite among those who lived in this house. It would have been the perfect spot to read a book or for an afternoon tea. Plus the minute details of the house such as those porch lights, moldings and balustrades really adds to the character.
