Did you know that just by typing a lot, you can also lose weight? Well, it sounds really absurd but wait til you see this video on How Nancy Makin Lost 500 Pounds! She weighed an astounding 703 pounds in 2000 and lost more than a quarter ton since then with the help of her computer. And take note, she didn't follow a specific exercise regime or diet to lose all that fat! According to the article I read, the computer was a gift and with the help of this gadget, Nancy connected to the world again. Nancy says because she was reaching out to the world and typing a lot, she first started losing weight in her fingers, and then as she became happier and became a more positive person she noticed that she slowly began losing weight – all because of her attitude.
Amazing huh?!
