Just imagine, I had to wait in line for about 30 minutes because the scanner at VFM broke down. And the other cash registers were busy as well so I had no choice but to stay put and wait in vain. The other customers were already complaining and asking the salesgirl if she can just do it manually which she did but she had to wait for her supervisor who took forever to respond to her call because the sup was on her lunch break. Duh!
