At least now I know the difference between the two as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Here's a simple definition so you too will get to understand what these types of insurance are all about:

Term life insurance offers death protection for a stated time period, or term.

ON THE OTHER HAND

Whole life insurance is coverage for as long as you live and you continue to make timely premium payments.
