Wow! Would you believe it?! This 9 1/2 foot wide, 42 foot long brick building in Greenwich Village was sold for a whooping 2.1 million dollars! It was built in 1873 and has two bedrooms and two baths. The said property was in the market since August of 2009. Well, the house may be skinny but the price is not!
