I love food and I love to cook so no wonder why I have been gaining a lot of weight. I'm not sure if breastfeeding has a lot to do with my appetite but whatever is causing it, I just hope it will "mellow" down a bit. I'm a petite woman and if I gain more weight, I am going to look like a stocky tree. And I hate the fact that I'll be packing more pounds in the months to come because of the holiday season. There's food everywhere! *sigh*
