-Typhoon pepeng is classified as type 5 hurricane. (same as Katrina)
-Critical hour is 9 PM tonight so pls go home early.
-Winds & rain stronger that Milenyo.
-Metro will be hit by tail/body of the typhoon.
-By 9 PM, we’ll know if tail has it or if it’s a direct hit.
-charge your phones ’cause meralco will shut down areas tonight.
-Prepare food, water, clothes, candles, lighter/matches.
