Hubby saw another interesting product from an infomercial and decided to give it a try. After all, there's a 30-day free trial offer and if he is not satisfied then he can return it with no questions asked. But he made an error while filling in his order online and added those "extras" that he doesn't really need. Lucky him, a live chat agent was online at that time and he was able to make changes before the product was shipped.
