1. What is your definition of ‘healthy eating’?~ That’s eating healthy food and eating in moderation.
2. Do you exercise on a regular basis? What is your favorite form of exercise? Least favorite?
~ I don’t! Argh! Sobrang nakakakonsensya talaga ang tag na ‘to! :(
~ My fave is dancing. I love to dance to the beat of modern jazz. I also love playing badminton. Sobrang namimiss ko na ang sport na ‘to. Dati pa naman akong badminton varsity player. :(
~ Least fave is sit-ups. Di talaga kaya ng beauty ko. Feeling ko ang bigat ng katawan ko. Yay!
3. Do you take vitamin supplements?
~ Pag naaalala lang ni hubby na painumin ako. Hehe! I don’t like taking meds eh. It makes me puke.
4. Can you tell that your body is getting older? If so, how?
~ I don’t think “older” is the right term. Your body matures as you age so it’s normal.
5. Would you call yourself healthy?
~ No. :( Lalo na ngayon na we always eat out kasi tinatamad ako magluto so we end up pigging out in our fave resto’s. Huhu!
